The pinpoint strike in Pakistan Occupied Kashmir by India is a rumor. Indian Army has not taken any such action. Earlier this claim was made by the news agency PTI. Later news agency ANI quoted that the  Army is saying that the news of airstrike in Ghulam Kashmir is fake.

Indian Army Director General of Military Operations Lt Gen Paramjit Singh said that reports of the Indian Army’s action in Pakistan-occupied Kashmir (PoK) across the Line of Control are fake. It was clarified by the Indian Army that no action has been taken today or on Thursday. It was later clarified that the news agency PTI’s story is based on an analysis of the November 13 ceasefire violation. Videos of several Pakistani posts being blown that day were also revealed.

According to news agency PTI, army sources said that the launching pad has been targeted in Pakistan-occupied Kashmir. The Indian Army is conducting pinpoint strikes at suspected terrorist bases within the PoK to teach the Pakistani army a lesson in attempting to infiltrate terrorists into India before the bitter cold.

Pakistan has tried to manage a good balance between avoiding investigations from the global counter-terrorism FATF and supporting terror at the same time.
